I feel for you. Adam was 2 weeks late and was induced. Everyone was alwyas saying - are you still here? as my ankles swelled to the size of a small tree. Hang in there and get as much sleep and watch as many dvds and tripsto he cinema as you can - it'll be a while before you can do all that stuff again!
Spent the last 2 weeks before smurfs birth in hospital, then had him induced...was bored rigid and just couldn't wait for him to get here....he will be with you soon..only a few more days..xx
Oh sweetie I hope Squigler puts in an appearance soon! Hope you're not too uncomfy xxx
Thanks for summarizing, i miss the daytime tweeks, so if ur not on in the evenings my imagination goes in to overdrive!
Aww bless you... sorry but i had to laugh at that list, i've been there 3 times before - maybe try some S E X ......it worked for me even though it was rather tricky and not the most memorable of occasions :)
SEX! Worked for me both times. That and lots of walking. Sending vibes that you go into labour before the induction day. I hope they will start you on the gel before the oxytocin, it's supposed to be gentler.
Also, just FYI, you don't "have" to be induced, if you want to stick it out a few more days after Tuesday you're well within your rights. Good luck!
S E X didn't work for us, although it was hilarious. Our induction worked, although if you can hang on a bit longer until he's cooked that's fine too. Hang in there x
